Christmas orders
For delivery before Christmas order must be placed by midday on 22nd December, with 24 hour shipping option.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the festive period we cannot guarantee deliveries to arrive before Christmas, but we aim to get items to the delivery companies as soon as we can.
Deliveries
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, and orders placed before noon we aim to dispatch the same day. Please note that during peak times dispatches can take longer. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can expect your order within 2-3 business days from dispatch.
Standard UK Delivery costs are:
- £2.95 for orders under £25.00
- £3.95 for orders of £25.00 - £49.99
- Free for orders of £50.00 or more
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is also available if you need your order sooner.
Our t-shirts and beach bags are hand finished in small batches, please allow 3-5 days for delivery during peak times.
Returns
Items can be returned up to 30 days after receiving your item as long as it is the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@zaini.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
