Gift card prize draw terms & conditions

Prize consists of a £50 Zaini gift card, which can be redeemed on the zaini.com website. No prize or cash alternatives are available. The winner will be contact by email within 7 days of the entry closing date. If the winner can not be contacted within 14 days a new winner will be selected. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. One entry per person. Multiple entries will not increase the chances of winning. Entries by automated systems and dedicated competition services will not be valid. Everyone who signs up to join the Zaini email marketing list via the dedicated competition form will be entered into the draw. Entry is via the official entry form, no other entry routes are available. Entrants must be 16 years of age or older. Closing date for entries is 31st March 2024.

Ordering from us

You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself.

You warrant that goods ordered by you are strictly for private and domestic use and are not for resale, with the exception of custom design orders. 

A orders will be placed once you complete the online checkout procedure and will be acknowledged via email.

The Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address given by you during the online checkout procedure.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 

Once an order is placed it is sent directly for fulfilment, so cannot be cancelled or changed. Orders can be returned unless otherwise stated, please see our returns policy for more information. 

We reserve the right to reject or cancel custom orders for any of the reasons listed below:

• a suitable Sub-contractor cannot be sourced.
• specific wool used to create your order cannot be supplied.
• authorisation for your payment cannot be obtained.
• in the event of a products description or pricing error.
• you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Pricing

Where we charge separately for postage, packing and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates can be found in our information section.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Order Confirmation.

We always try to make sure that the prices on our Site are correct but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If the order is cancelled we will refund you in full.

Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card via PayPal.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

All items can be returned, but must be done so in the same condition then were dispatched. Details for how to return items can be found on our delivery and returns page.

Quality

We warrant that (subject to the other provisions of these Terms) on delivery, all Products shall be of satisfactory quality (within the meaning set out in the Sale of Goods Act 1979) and be reasonably fit for their intended purpose.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the Product we will, after inspection of the goods, endeavour to repair, replace or refund as required. This clause will not apply if:

• you fail to give written notice of the relevant defect to us within 7 days of receiving the Product.
• we are not given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Product.
• (when instructed by us) you do not return such Product to us, or to our nominated sub-contractor, at our cost, for inspection.
• you wear or use, or any third party wears or uses, the relevant Product(s) after giving written notice of the relevant defect to us.
• you have altered or repaired the relevant Product(s) yourself without our prior written consent.
• you order the incorrect size

Description / Appearance of Products

The description and quantity of Products ordered will be listed in the Order Confirmation. All illustrations, descriptions or images on the Site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate impression of the Product(s) and will not for part of any Contract.

Due to technology limitations we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on this Site are identical to the colour of the materials used to make your Product.

The Zaini mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Zaini (“Zaini”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Zaini’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Zaini through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Zaini. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
