Gift Wrapping
Not a fan of all the faff that comes with wrapping? Well, luckily, we LOVE it!
Add our gift wrapping option at checkout and our team will wrap each present for you with love and care. Using high-quality tissue paper and navy kraft paper, sealed with twine and accented with a name tag and Zaini sticker!
Plus, you can also add a hand-written notecard for that extra special touch!
Deliveries
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, and orders placed before noon will be dispatched the same day. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can expect your order within 2-3 business days from dispatch.
Standard UK Delivery costs are:
- £2.95 for orders under £25.00
- £3.95 for orders of £25.00 - £49.99
- Free for orders of £50.00 or more
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is also available you need your order sooner.
Returns
Items can be returned up to 30 days after receiving your item as long as it is the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@zaini.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
